The C47 aircraft Stoy Hora leaves England, destination Normandy. On board, none of the 22 young Americn soldiers, paratroopers and airmen, thinks they are a hero. And yet!

These men who, until they joined the military, were living ordinary lives, will –  by showing selflessness and courage – accomplish extraordinary acts.
